Relocating to a foreign country thousands of miles from home and anyone you know is hard for anyone, but then imagine you don't speak the language, need to find a job, and provide for your family. This is a reality for many in our community, and you can help.

Love Chapel Hill and Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe continue to partner to help build community for newly relocated refugees by gathering around a common table, sharing common needs and creating opportunity for connection.

We will collect the household items listed above now through the end of April. You can drop items at the Varsity on Sundays (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), Latino Community Credit Union (Carrboro & Durham locations, M-F), Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe (M-Sat) and Merritt's Store and Grill (M-Sat).
