10 Years of Love

To everyone who was a part of this full, heartfelt weekend, celebrating 10 Years of Love - THANK YOU! - for the memories, the stories, the generosity, the fellowship, and all the ways you live it out and show us what the heart of Jesus looks like.

We will continue to celebrate God’s faithfulness and the roots He has established in this community. As we look to the future, there is still an unshakable call to live out this mission - Love Chapel Hill with the Heart of Jesus.

Shout out to our amazing community partners also celebrating 10 years in #ChapelHill and #Carrboro:

CEF: Community Empowerment Fund making tangible impacts in the lives of people living in or at risk of poverty, helping folks find a financially sustainable path for a better future

Life Church GO - our brothers and sisters embracing downtown with us from the other end of the street, partners on the journey of racial reconciliation in our community

Varsity Theatre - an iconic downtown landmark, a #FranklinStreet classic that we are so grateful to call home. Amazing hosts and partners in the heart of Chapel Hill.

Here’s to the next #10years! Much Love!

Help us celebrate with these intentional moves of Love!

New Logo

As we lean into the next 10 years, we lean in with even more intention to faithfully follow the ways of Jesus and the leading of the Holy Spirit, that more people will know the deep Love the Father has for them.

As we enter this next season we have a new, freshened logo, carrying what has been on to what will be.

It’s clear and simple. It captures that our name is our mission. Love is in action and on the move, while Chapel Hill is firmly where we are called to be.

While it is a fresh new look for us, we are deeply committed to the continuation of this mission to Love Chapel Hill with the Heart of Jesus.

What's Next

One of the most meaningful moments of Love Chapel Hill’s 10th Anniversary was the opportunity to pray over and commission church planters Andre and Teri Franklin of Vinea Church. We will be sending leaders and financial resources to help these planters as they continue to take root in neighboring East Durham, NC.

We want to be a Barnabas church, sending with open hands of generosity and blessing, a riverbed instead of a reservoir. The next step comes this Sunday as Andre preaches and shares how you can join the team. We are thrilled to partner, send, give, and pray for renewal and flourishing through this new Jesus community. @andre_gfranklin @vineachurch
