At Love Chapel Hill, we believe meaningful connections happen when families have space to laugh, play, and build community. Whether you've attended church for years, you're exploring faith for the first time, or you're looking for fun activities for your family this summer, we'd love for you to join us.


Our Summer Family Events are designed to be welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable for everyone—from infants and toddlers to elementary-aged kids, teenagers, and guardians. Each event creates opportunities to meet other local families, make memories, and experience the love of a caring community.

Family Fun Fridays

Looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening? Family Fun Fridays are all about bringing families together in a safe, welcoming environment where kids can play and adults can connect.


Each Friday features a different theme and activities designed for a wide range of ages, making it easy for the entire family to participate. Whether your children are infants, elementary-aged, or teenagers, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.


You'll find games, activities, food, and plenty of opportunities to meet other families from around the Chapel Hill area. 


What to Expect:

Registration is not required, but letting us know you're coming helps us plan food and activities.

Vacation Bible School: Bible Quest!

July 21–24 | 6:00–8:00 PM

What is Vacation Bible School (VBS)? 

Think of it as a summer camp experience packed into a few fun evenings. Kids enjoy games, music, crafts, activities, and friendships while exploring Bible stories in creative and engaging ways.


What does VBS look like at Love Chapel Hill? 


This year, we're setting sail on a pirate-themed adventure as we search for God's greatest treasure! Throughout the week, kids will discover how much they are loved by God through exciting activities, interactive lessons, energetic music, crafts, and plenty of fun.


Whether your child has grown up in church or has never opened a Bible before, VBS is designed to be welcoming, engaging, and accessible for everyone.


Your child can look forward to:

  • Dinner provided each evening
